SESSION OPTIONS & FEES
Please note: All appointments booked online default to Virtual. In-person appointments are available and often recommended: these are booked through the provider due to limited availability. Please email directly rebecca@centeredpsychiatrycare.com to schedule an in-person appointment. All Virtual appointments may be booked directly online.
Optional Discovery Call (10-15 minutes) – Complimentary
This brief introductory call is audio-only. It's a brief conversation to get to know each other, answer questions about how I work, and screen whether the practice is appropriate for your needs and level of care. Many people choose to skip this step and go straight to booking an appointment -- though it is an appropriate next step if you have questions about how the practice works. Please note: this is not a clinical consultation or second opinion.
Comprehensive Adult Intake (60 min) – $405
Your first visit is a thorough intake to understand your personal history, current concerns, and treatment goals. We will review your mental health and overall well-being, including symptoms, medications, past treatments, family history, and lifestyle factors, to create a clear, individualized plan for ongoing care.
Pediatric/Adolescent Intake (comprises 2 visits)
The intake process includes two separate appointments scheduled between 1-2 weeks apart. Splitting the evaluation allows me to gather accurate information from both the caregiver and child without overwhelming your child.
Visit 1: Parent Interview
The first visit focuses on gathering history and concerns from the parent or caregiver. Extensive developmental history, current presentation, and concerns will be addressed to provide a thorough understanding of the child’s needs.
(60 min, $380)
Visit 2: Individual Child/Adolescent Evaluation
The second visit is an individual evaluation with the child or adolescent, with brief caregiver involvement as needed. This allows a space to develop rapport, observe behavior, and explore the child’s perspective, ensuring a comprehensive assessment. Together with information from Visit 1, it guides recommendations for therapy, medication, or other supports.
(45 min, $290)
Medication Management & Follow-up (30 min) – $225
A focused, comprehensive check-in for ongoing care. We’ll review your symptoms, review and/or order labs, evaluate how your medications are working, consider side effects, and make adjustments as needed. This visit may include supportive psychotherapy, discussion of supplements or integrative strategies, and review of basic or functional lab work when clinically indicated to support your overall treatment plan.
Extended Integrative Medication Management & Lab Review (45 min) – $290
An extended, comprehensive follow-up designed for in-depth lab review and more complex clinical decision-making. In addition to the elements included in the 30-minute visit, we’ll take dedicated time to thoroughly analyze comprehensive lab results (basic, specialty, or functional), interpret patterns, and integrate findings into your overall treatment plan. This session allows for thoughtful medication adjustments, detailed discussion of contributing factors, and development of a more nuanced, personalized strategy to optimize your care.
Psychotherapy with Medication Management (45 min) – $290
This session provides focused, in-depth psychotherapy while incorporating medication management as needed. Designed for clients exploring more complex emotional or behavioral concerns, the extended session time allows for deeper reflection, skill-building, and therapeutic processing, alongside careful review of your medications. Sessions can be scheduled as one-offs for targeted support or on a regular weekly / every-other-week basis to support deeper therapeutic work and continuity of care.
Quick Follow-up (10 min) – $55
This 10-minute audio call is a brief follow-up between appointments for questions or clarifications about recent medication changes, checking in on side effects, or ensuring a new dose adjustment is going well. It is not a replacement for your comprehensive medication check-ins, but a focused touchpoint to address time-sensitive concerns and avoid clinical discussions over email.
Parenting Support (45 min) – $290
Format: Virtual. In-person may be scheduled by request.
This session provides guidance, support, and practical strategies for parents navigating their child’s mental health, behavioral, or developmental needs. It can be booked by parents of pediatric patients under my care, or by any parent seeking support and resources for their child. Topics may include coping strategies, communication, behavior management, ADHD management strategies, and overall family well-being.
Sessions may incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Family-Based Therapy (FBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework, as relevant to your child’s situation and your goals as a parent.
Second Opinion / Integrative Consultation (75 minutes) – $550
This specialized, one-time consultation is designed for individuals or families who feel their current treatment plan isn’t fully addressing their needs and want to explore a more integrative approach. During this session, we conduct a comprehensive review of your history, current medications, and relevant lab or diagnostic information, with a focus on identifying underlying factors that may be influencing symptoms.
You’ll receive personalized, actionable recommendations and next steps to discuss with your current care team. This consultation is highly focused and does not establish ongoing care, making it ideal for those seeking expert guidance on optimizing their treatment plan.
If you decide to continue care with me after this consultation, your comprehensive intake may be waived, and you may proceed directly to standard follow-up visits.
Forms, Communication & Collateral Contacts (10 min increments) – $55
Format: Asynchronous
School or travel forms, letters, brief communications, and collateral conversations with parents or other providers that require dedicated clinical time outside scheduled sessions are billed in 10-minute increments.
